Promo Mechanics:
1. The” M Lhuillier Christmas Todo Bigay Papremyo” raffle promo will run on December 1,
2022 to February 28, 2023, and exclusive only in participating areas of Samar.
2. Customers with ML Kwarta Padala (Domestic Sendout and Payout), Quick Cash Loan
(Lukat, Prenda, Renew, Reappraisal) and Bills Payment transactions at any M Lhuillier
branch in Northern,Eastern, and Western Samar, areas are automatically qualified to
participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of
participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Ten (10) lucky winners to win ₱2,500.00 (2 winners per Area) in every draw
and Five (5) lucky winners will win a brand new motorcycle (1winner per Area) in the
grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact
number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle
entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in
the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN (Kwarta
Padala Transaction Number) of M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala domestic send-out and payout,
PTN (Pawn Ticket Number) for Quick Cash Loan, and BPRN (Bills Payment Reference
Number) for Bills payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, and motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the
cost of transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws, but are
qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the
transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the
winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction
receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These
documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager. If a transaction
receipt is lost, the M Lhuillier must verify or look up and reprint the transaction receipt to
complete the documentation for each winner.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application or cash over the
counter. The motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches:(Area A –
ML Calbayog 1 , Area B – ML Borongan 1, Area C – ML Catarman 1, Area D – ML Gen
Mac , and Area E – ML Catbalogan 2).
14. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or
announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor
of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable
with the concurrence of DTI.
18. Participants shall sign a Consent printed at the back of the ML copy of the Transaction
Receipt, giving consent to the Sponsor, M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc. to use his/her
name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without
additional charge or permission.
