Promo Mechanics:
1. The “M Lhuillier Christmas & New Year Bonanza” raffle promo will run from November 16, 2022
to February 15, 2023, and is exclusive only in participating areas of the Abra, Benguet,La Union,
Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Send-out, Quick Cash Loan (Lukat, Prenda, Renew, Reappraisal)
and Bills Payment transactions in Abra, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur areas are
automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for
the promo.

3. There will be Ten (10) lucky winners of P5,000.00 each in the 1 st monthly draw, Ten (10) lucky
winners of P10,000.00 in the 2 nd monthly draw, and Five (5) lucky winners (1 winner per Area)
will win a brand new Motorcycle each for the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact
number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in
the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP domestic
send-out, PTN for Quick Cash Loan and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and tax-free. Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of
transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are still qualified in the succeeding monthly draw and grand draw. Winners
may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the
promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For the processing of the prize, the
winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form,
and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be
subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. Motorcycle prizes will be
claimed by the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A - ML Laoag 1, Area B -ML Vigan 1, Area C -
ML Sta. Maria, Area D - ML San Fernando 2, and Area E - ML Legarda.
14. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be
forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the
concurrence of DTI.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or
photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or
permission.
