6. Buyer Notified and Item Pickup:
Buyers receive an SMS notification when the item is ready for pickup at their designated branch.

7. Transaction Completion:
If satisfied, buyers accept the items after inspection.
The FLA (Frontline Associate) confirms the acceptance, and the transaction is successfully completed.
