UNENDING HAPPINESS OF HOLIDAYS
Promo Mechanics: 1. The “UNENDING HAPPINESS OF HOLIDAYS” raffle promo will run from December 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 and exclusively only in participating areas of Mandaue City, Consolacion Cebu and Lapulapu City under Cebu North A Region. 2. Customers with ML Quick Cash Loan (Prenda & Renewal) Home Loan, Car Loan and Bills Payment transactions in Cebu North A areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. 3. There will be twenty (20) lucky winners to win Php 2,000.00 each (5 winners per area) in the First draw; twenty (20) lucky winners (5 winners per area) to win a Php 2,500.00 each in the Second draw; Eight (8) lucky winners (2 winners per area) to win a Php 10,000.00 each; and four (4) lucky winners (4 winners per area) to win a Php 25,000.00 each in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participants such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participants one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

.7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via Google meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN for Quick Cash Loan and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are transferable and tax-free.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail or call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to any ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application.
13. List of winners will be posted on ML’s Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc, and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/ her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
