Promo Mechanics:
1. The “SUMMER CASH-SAYA PRENDA BONANZA” raffle promo will run from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 and exclusive only in participating areas of Romblon, Antique and Aklan.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) transaction in the Romblon, Antique and Aklan areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Twenty (20) lucky winners of P2,000.00 each (5 winners per area) in the First draw; Twelve (12) lucky winners to win P5,000.00 (3 winners per area) in the Second draw; and Eight (8) lucky winners who will win P20,000.00 (2 winners per area) in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN for Quick Cash Loan.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall into promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, Cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application.
13. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
