Promo Mechanics:
1. The “PAMPASADA SA BAGONG TAON HATID NG M LHUILLIER” raffle promo will run from
December 1 to February 28, 2023 and exclusive only in participating areas of Romblon, Antique
and Aklan.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Send-out and Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) transaction in the
Romblon, Antique and Aklan areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be eight (8) lucky winners of ₱ 3,000 each, (1 (KP) and 1 (QCL) per Area in the monthly
draw, and four (4) lucky winners of brand new motorcycle (1 winner per Area) in the grand
draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact
number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in
the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP domestic
send-out and PTN for Quick Cash Loan.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and tax-free. Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of
transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified
for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are
unique and fall into promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For the processing of the prize, the
winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form,
and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be
subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. Motorcycle prizes will be
claimed by the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A –ML Kalibo 4, Area B – ML Oyotorong,
Area C – ML Sibalom, and Area D – ML Odiongan 1).
14. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be
forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the
concurrence of DTI.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or
photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or
permission.
