1. The “PAMASKONG PAPREMYO REGALO NI ML” will run on November 16, 2023 to February 15, 2024, and exclusive only to participating areas of Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Lukat), Home Loan, and Car Loan, Bills payment and Insurance [Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) and Dengue Rx] transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. 3. There will be twenty (20) winners who will win one (1) sack of 25 kilos of rice (4 winners per area) in every draw, and twenty-five (25) lucky winners (5 winners per area) will win one (1) sack of 50 kilos of rice and one (1) winner of a brand new refrigerator in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Pawn Ticket Number (PTN) for Quick Cash Loan; PTN for Home Loan; PTN for Car Loan; Billspayment Reference Number (BPRN) for Billspayment; and Insurance [Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL)] and Dengue Rx].
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the January 22, 2024 draws, but are qualified for the grand draw on February 21, 2024. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction number are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. The refrigerator and sacks of rice will be claimed from the ML Consunji branch located at Egr Bldg. Corner Agoncillo Consunji St., Iligan City.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
