1. The “MLigayang Balik Eskwela” raffle promo will run on April 16, 2025 to July 15, 2025, and exclusive only in participating areas of Zamboanga and Basilan.
2. Customers with ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Renewal), Home Loan and Car Loan transactions at any M Lhuillier branch in the Zamboanga and Basilan areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transactions. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.
3. There will be Twelve (12) lucky winners to win ₱2,000.00 each (3 winners per area) in the First draw; Sixteen (16) lucky winners of ₱5,000.00 each (4 winners per area) in the Second draw and Sixteen (16) lucky winners to win ₱10,000.00 each (4 winners per area) in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala Domestic Send out and, PTN for Quick Cash Loan..
9. Cash Prizes are not transferrable and are tax-free.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
