Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML SUMMERegalo NG CEBU CENTRAL A” raffle promo will run on March 16, 2025 to June 15, 2025 and exclusive only in participating areas of Cebu Central A.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Renewal) Home loan, Car loan and Bills payment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Cebu Central A areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be fifteen (15) lucky winners (5 winners per area) to win P 2,000.00 each in the First draw; Six (6) lucky winners (2 winners per area) to win P 5,000.00 in the Second draw and three (3) lucky winners will get a chance to win a Motorcycle (1 winner per area) in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP Domestic Sendout, PTN for Quick Cash Loan, Home Loan & Car Loan and BPRN for Billspayment.
9. Cash Prizes are not transferrable and are tax-free. Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail or call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present; the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, a valid government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, Cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application. The Motorcycle will be claimed from the Area A – ML Colon 7, Area B – ML Pasil and Area C – ML F. Llamas.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. R7-Ceb 180, Series of 2025
