Promo Terms & Conditions:
1. The “ML-RIAmazing Outbound Cash Promo” raffle promo will run from September 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and is open to all customers nationwide.
2. M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. (“MLFSI”) is the promoter of this Promotion.
3. Customers sending RIA transactions internationally (“Outbound”) at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Each such transaction is a qualified transaction.
4. Each qualified transaction will earn the customer one (1) computer generated promo entry.
5. Details of the date of entry of the qualified transaction, raffle draw dates, number of winners & amount of cash prizes are as follows:

6. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3:00 pm via virtual meeting with the presence of a DTI Representative.
7. Winners are electronically and randomly drawn based on the entry assigned with the reference number of each transaction.
8. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax free.
9. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the reference numbers are unique and the corresponding qualified transaction falls within the promo dates covered.
10. Winners will be notified through a phone call and registered mail. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, a valid unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
11. Once verified, cash prizes will be released via ML Wallet.
12. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier’s official Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
13. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
14. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and RIA Money Transfer and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier and RIA will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
16. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity and use his/her photographs in all publicity connected with the promo without additional charge or permission.
17. Winners who do not wish to take part in this promo may either communicate the same to the M Lhuillier or decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified for the same.
18. Neither the M Lhuillier nor any other person or party associated with the promo shall be liable for any loss nor damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or death) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promo or with the prizes offered.
19. No further entries to the promo will be permitted after the expiry of the promo period.
20. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any of M Lhuillier’s privacy policies, participants grant to M Lhuillier, and it reserves, the right to use any and all information related to the promo, including information provided by participants in connection with the promo, for marketing purposes unless prohibited by law.
21. By accepting these terms and conditions all participants (i.e. the data subjects) agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the M Lhuillier and stored on the M Lhuillier’s database and used for the administration of its ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the promo. All participants have the right to access their personal data by writing to the M Lhuillier at the address mentioned above.
22. M Lhuillier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promo at any stage or to replace the prizes with other prizes of equal value if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
23. M Lhuillier’s decisions with respect to the promo shall be final. Participants further agree to be bound the same which shall be final and binding in all respects.
24. These terms and conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the promo.
