ML BER-REGALO NG DAVAO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML BER-REGALO NG DAVAO” raffle promo will run on October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, and exclusive only in participating areas of Davao.
2. Customers with M Lhuillier Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) and Billspayment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Davao areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be thirty (30) lucky winners (5 winners per area) of P 2,000.00 each in the First draw; Eighteen (18) lucky winners (3 winners per area) of P 5,000.00 in the Second draw; and six (6) lucky winners (1 winner per area) will get a chance to win a brand new Laptop each for the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN for Quick Cash Loan, and BPRN for Billspayment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable; Laptop prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. All qualified transactions during the Periods Covered shall qualify for the pertinent draw date. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls into promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail or call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The Laptop will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML San Pedro, Area B – ML Bolton 1, Area C – ML Agdao 1, Area D – ML Digos 1, Area E – ML Padada and Area F – ML Matina Aplaya).
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
