M LHUILLIER TRIPLE TREAT OF PRIZES
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “M Lhuillier Triple Treat of Prizes” raffle promo will run from August 25 to November 24, 2022, and exclusive only in participating areas of Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Catanduanes.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Send-out, Quick Cash Loan (Lukat, Prenda, Renew, Reappraisal) and Bills Payment transactions in the Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Catanduanes areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Ten (10) lucky winners of P5,000.00 each in the 1st draw, Three (3) lucky winners per AREA of Three (3) Laptop each in the 2nd draw, and Three (3) lucky winners per AREA will get the chance to win Three (3) brand new Motorcycle each for the Grand Draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP domestic send-out, PTN for Quick Cash Loan and BPRN for Bills payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and tax-free. Laptop and Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall into promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. Motorcycle and Laptop will be claimed at M Lhuiller branch.
13. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
