M LHUILLIER SUMMER FUN-NALO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “M LHUILLIER SUMMER FUN-NALO” raffle promo will run from March 16, 2025 – June 15, 2025 and exclusive only in participating areas of Batangas, Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda & Renewal), and Bills Payment transactions in Batangas, Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Twelve (12) lucky winners of P3,000.00 (2 winners per area) in the First draw, Twelve (12) lucky winners of brand new Smart phone (2 winners per area) in the Second draw, and Six (6) lucky winners will get a chance to win Six (6) brand new Laptop (1 winner per area) for the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. inners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP Domestic Sendout, PTN for Quick Cash Loan, Home loan & Car loan, and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable; The Smartphones, and Laptop prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall into promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid unexpired government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application. The Smartphone and Laptop prizes will be claimed by the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Pallocan, Area B – ML Lipa 1, Area C – ML Lemery 3, Area D – ML Bongabong, Area E – ML Tanauan 2, and Area F – ML Sablayan).
13. List of winners will be posted on M Lhuillier’s Official Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
