1. The “M Lhuillier Mega MLyonaryo” raffle promo will run from July 16, 2023 to October 15, 2023, and is open to all customers nationwide.

2. Customers with ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Send-out transaction at any M Lhuillier branch are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction.

3. There will be One (1) lucky MLKP nationwide winner in the monthly draw. Total of Three (3) lucky MLKP winners will get a chance to win P1,000,000.00 cash each.

4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.

5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 4 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.

8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Kwarta Padala Transaction Number (KPTN) of MLKP send-out.

9. Cash prizes are not transferable and are tax-free.

10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.

11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and SMS/call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail or SMS, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.

12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed at the participating M Lhuillier branch.

13. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.

14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.

15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.

17. A participating customer shall sign consent with M Lhuillier that he/she allows the use of his/her name and photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or compensation.
