M LHUILLIER KAAMULAN FESTIVAL BONANZA PROMO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “M LHUILLIER KAAMULAN FESTIVAL BONANZA PROMO” raffle promo will run from March 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 and exclusive only to the participating provinces of Bukidnon, Lanao del Sur (Municipality of Wao), Cotabato (Municipality of Banisilan) and Misamis Oriental (Barangay Upper Puerto Alae, CDO) areas.
2. Customers with M Lhuillier Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Renewal), Motorcycle Loan, Car Loan, Home Loan and Billspayment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Bukidnon, Lanao del Sur (Municipality of Wao), Cotabato (Municipality of Banisilan) and Misamis Oriental (Barangay Upper Puerto Alae, CDO) areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. 3. There will be Six (6) lucky winners to win Brand new Tablet (2 winners per area) in the First draw, three (3) lucky winners (1 winner per area) to win Brand new Laptop in the Second draw, and One (1) lucky winner of a Brand new Smart TV from any area in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN for Quick Cash Loan, Motorcycle Loan, Home Loan & Car Loan and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and are Tax-Free.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and MCash Wallet account number. In case customer has no MCash Wallet mobile app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, Cash Prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application. The Tablet, Laptop and Smart TV will be claimed from the Area A – ML Valencia 1, Area B – ML San Jose and Area C – ML Damilag Branch.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Official Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission. PER DTI FAIR TRADE PERMIT NO. R7-029, SERIES OF 2025
