1. The Free Insurance shall be granted exclusively to the first 100,000 customers starting December 15, 2025, and is available to all residents of the philippines.

2. This offer is available to all customers with ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Sendout and International Sendout transaction at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide.

3. Customers aged 18 to 60 years old who send a minimum amount of P5,000.00 in a single receipt of ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Sendout and International Sendout transaction at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide are automatically qualified to receive the Free Insurance.

4. Each qualified customer is entitled to a one (1) Free Accidental Insurance policy worth P5,000.00 regardless of whether they send amounts exceeding five thousand pesos (P5,000.00).

5. Free Accidental Insurance will be provided by Maagap Insurance Inc.

6. The free insurance will be processed and issued within seventy-two (72) hours after the qualified transaction has been successfully completed. Customers will be notified  through a text message once their free insurance has been activated.

7. Customers will receive one (1) free accidental Insurance valid for one (1) month for the entire promo period.

8. Customers must provide complete, updated, and accurate personal information during their ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Sendout and International Sendout transactions and must keep their original transaction receipt for claims purposes.

9. The free accidental insurance benefit is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers of M Lhuillier.

10. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in the promo.
