CASHOWER BLAST PAPREMYO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Cashower Blast Papremyo” raffle promo will run from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and exclusive only in participating provinces of Leyte and Southern Leyte areas.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) transaction and Billspayment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Leyte and Southern Leyte areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Eighteen (18) lucky winners to win P2,500.00 cash (3 winners per area) in the First draw, Twelve (12) lucky winners to win P3,000.00 cash (2 winners per area) in the Second draw, Six (6) lucky winners (1 winner per area) to receive P5,000.00 cash and One (1) lucky winner will be given a P10,000.00 cash in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN (Pawn Ticket Number) for Quick Cash Loan and BPRN (Bills Payment Reference Number) for Billspayment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and are Tax free.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the 1st Draw on November 8, 2024, but are qualified for the grand draw on January 9, 2025. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager. If a transaction receipt is lost, the M Lhuillier must verify or look up and reprint the transaction receipt to complete the documentation for each winner.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application.
13. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier Official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mlhuillier.official, Website https://mlhuillier.com/promos/ and MLTV’s for instance, it is a television installed in M Lhuillier branches to inform customers about M Lhuillier services and promotions.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
17. Participants shall sign a Consent printed at the back of the ML copy of the Transaction Receipt, giving consent to the Sponsor, M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc. to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
