BONGGANG PANALO PROMO NI M LHUILLIER
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Bonggang Panalo Promo ni M Lhuillier” raffle promo will run from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and exclusive only to the participating provinces of Palawan and Tawi-Tawi areas.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda), Car Loan, Home Loan and Billspayment transactions at any M Lhuillier branch in Palawan and Tawi-Tawi areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be twenty (20) winners to win P2,000.00 cash (4 winners per area) in the First draw, twenty (20) lucky winners to win P3,000.00 cash (4 winners per area) in the Second draw, five (5) lucky winners (1 winner per area) to win a brand new Smartphone in the third draw, five (5) lucky winners (1 winner per area) to win a brand new Tablet and One (1) lucky winner to win a brand new Motorcycle in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN of MLKP domestic send-out, PTN for QCL, Car Loan & Home Loan and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable; Smartphone, Tablet and Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. In case customer has no ML Wallet mobile app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The Smartphone, Tablet and Motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Palawan 1 Area B – ML Palawan 9, Area C – ML Palawan 3 Area D – ML Palawan 8 and Area E – ML Mapun).
13. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
