Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Balik Saya Papremyo Promo” will run on May 16, 2023 to August 15, 2023, and exclusive only in participating areas of Negros Occidental B.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda, Renew, Reappraisal and Lukat),Home Loan& Car Loan, and Billspayment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Negros Occidental B areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be six (6) winners to win P2, 000 each (2 winners per area) in the first draw, three (3) lucky winners (1 winner per area) of a brand new cell phone in the second draw, and three (3) lucky winners (1 winner per area) of a brand new motorcycle in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Pawn Ticket Number for Quick Cash Loan, PTN for Home Loan, PTN for Car Loan and Bills Payment Reference Number for Billspayment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, cellphone and motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. In case customer has no ML Wallet mobile app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The cellphone and motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Pontevedra, Area B – JY Perez, and Area C – ML Bago 2).
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
