Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Balik Eskwela-Papremyo Aarangkada” will run from June 16, 2024 to September 15, 2024 and exclusive only in participating provinces of Quezon and Marinduque.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) Home Loan, Car Loan and Bills Payment transactions in the Quezon and Marinduque region areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be a total of fifteen (15) lucky winners (3 winners per area) of P3,000.00 each in the first draw, ten (10) lucky winners (2 winners per area) of brand new Smart phone in the second draw, and five (5) lucky winners (1 winner per area) will win a brand new Laptop in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, address and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN of QCL, KPTN of MLKP domestic send-out, PTN of Car Loan & Home Loan and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable; Smartphone and Laptop prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and SMS/call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The smartphone and laptop will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Candelaria 2, Area B – ML Maharlika, Area C – ML Merchan, Area D – ML Pagbilao and Area E – ML Atimonan 1).
13. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
