BALIK ESKWELA BLOWOUT PROMO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “BALIK ESKWELA BLOWOUT” raffle promo will run on April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 and exclusive only in participating areas of Cotabato, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat and BARMM Region.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, ML Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Renewal), Home Loan, Car Loan, and Billspayment transactions at any M Lhuillier branch in Cotabato, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, and BARMM areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be eighteen (18) lucky winners (3 winners per area) who will win ₱2,000.00 cash each in the First draw; twelve (12) lucky winners (2 winners per area) will win a Brand new Smartphone in the Second draw; and six (6) lucky winners (1 winner per area) who will receive a Brand new Laptop in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address and contact number, shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Pawn Ticket Number (PTN) for MLKP Domestic Sendout; PTN for Quick Cash Loan; PTN for Home Loan; PTN for Car Loan and Billspayment Reference Number (BPRN) for Billspayment.
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, Cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet Application. The Smartphone and Laptop will be claimed from the branches of Area A –ML Cotabato 1, Area B – ML Kabacan 1, Area C – ML Datu Ingkal, Area D – ML Awang, Area E – ML Midsayap 1, and Area F – ML Limbo SK.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
