Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Bagong Taon Sorpresa Handog ni M Lhuillier” raffle promo will run from January 16 to April 15, 2023, and exclusive only in participating areas of NCR/Batanes region.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Lukat, Prenda, Renew, and Reappraisal), MLKP Domestic Send-out, and Bills Payment transactions in the NCR/Batanes Region areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Ten (10) QCL winners, Five (5) KP winners and Five (5) BP winners to win P5,000.00 each in the monthly draws, and Six (6) lucky winners (1 winner per area) will win a brand new Motorcycle each in the Grand Draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area,Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN of QCL, KPTN of MLKP domestic send-out, and BPRN for Bills Payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable and tax-free. Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and SMS/call. For the processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction form, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. If the winner is unable to claim the prize because of an emergency, a representative must present the following documents: a signed letter of authorization and two valid government-issued IDs from the winner; an ML wallet account; and two original IDs from the representative.
14. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A –ML Makati Avenue, Area B- ML Pitogo, Area C- ML Ballezer Signal, Area D- ML Don Galo, Area E- Pamplona Tres, and Area F-ML Alabang 1).
15. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
16. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
17. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
18. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
19. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
