BACK TO SCHOOL PANALO PROMO
Promo Mechanics:
1. The “BACK TO SCHOOL PANALO PROMO” will run from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, and exclusive only to participating areas of Cebu South.
2. Customers with MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda & Renewal), Home Loan, Car Loan, and Bills Payment transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Cebu South areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Twenty five (25) winners who will win P2,500.00 cash (5 winners per area) in the First draw; Twenty five (25) winners to win P3,000.00 cash (5 winners per area) in the Second draw, and Five (5) winners (1 winner per area) who will receive a P25,000.00 cash in the Grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Pawn Ticket Number for MLKP Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda & Renewal), PTN for Home Loan, PTN for Car Loan and Bills Payment Reference Number (BPRN) for Bills payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the 1st Draw on May 12, 2025 but are qualified for the Grand draw on July 9, 2025. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. In case customer has no ML Wallet mobile app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, Cash prizes will be claimed via MCash Wallet application.
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
