Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML Prenda Bonanza” raffle promo will run from June 16, 2023 to September 15, 2023 and
exclusive only to the participating provinces of Bukidnon, Lanao del Sur (Municipality of Wao),
Cotabato (Municipality of Banisilan) and Misamis Oriental (Barangay Upper Puerto Alae, CDO)
areas.
2. Customers with M Lhuillier Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Lukat), Motorcycle Loan, Car Loan & Home Loan transaction at any M Lhuillier branch in Bukidnon, Lanao del Sur (Municipality of
Wao), Cotabato (Municipality of Banisilan) and Misamis Oriental (Barangay Upper Puerto Alae,
CDO) areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of
transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be nine (9) winners to win P2, 000 each (3 winners per area) in the first draw, three (3)
lucky winners (1 winner per area) of a brand new cell phone in the second draw, and three (3)
lucky winners (1 winner per area) of a brand new motorcycle in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address, and contact
number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the
afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN for Quick Cash Loan,
Motorcycle Loan, Car Loan & Home Loan.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, cellphone and motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash.
Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of
transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding monthly draws, but are qualified
for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the transaction numbers are
unique and falls within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner
must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a
valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. In case customer has no ML Wallet
mobile app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will be subject to
verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The cellphone and
motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Valencia 1,
Area B – ML Malaybalay 1 and Area C – ML Manolo Fortich).
14. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or
notification of winners, whichever comes last, may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon
written approval of the DTI.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the
concurrence of DTI.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or
photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or
permission.
