Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Pamaskong Handog ni ML” raffle promo will run from September 16, 2023 to December 15, 2023 and exclusive only in participating provinces of Leyte and Biliran areas.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda and Lukat), Car Loan, Home Loan, Motorcyle Loan, Billspayment and Insurance [Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) and Dengue Rx] transactions at any participating M Lhuillier branch in Leyte and Biliran areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the residence and the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be sixteen (16) winners to win P3, 000 each (4 winners per area) in the first draw on October 20, 2023; four (4) lucky winners of a brand new cell phone (1 winner per area) in the second draw on November 21, 2023; and four (4) lucky winners (1 winner per area) of a brand new motorcycle in the grand draw on December 22, 2023.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, complete address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN (Pawn Ticket Number) for Quick Cash Loan; PTN for Home Loan; Car Loan; and Motorcycle Loan; Billspayment Reference Number (BPRN) for Billspayment and Insurance [Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) and Dengue Rx].
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, cellphone and motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the 2nd draw draw on November 21, 2023 draw, but are qualified for the grand draw on December 22, 2023. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager. If a transaction receipt is lost, the M Lhuillier must verify or look up and reprint the transaction receipt to complete the documentation for each winner.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The cellphone and motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Rizal Tacloban, Area B – ML Palo Highway, Area C – ML Naval, and Area D – ML Jaro).
13. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV is a television installed in M Lhuillier branches to inform customers about the M Lhuillier services and promotions.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
17. Participants shall sign a Consent printed at the back of the ML copy of the Transaction Receipt, giving consent to the Sponsor, M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc. to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
