Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML Mid-Year Papremyo” raffle promo will run from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023
and exclusive only to participating provinces of Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Lukat,and Prenda,), Car Loan & Home Loan transactions in
Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.

3. There will be five (5) lucky winners of P5, 000.00 each in the 1st draw, five (5) lucky winners of
P10, 000.00 each in the 2nd draw, and five (5) lucky winners (1 winner per area) of brand new
motorcycle in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address and contact
number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 3 o’clock in
the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the PTN of QCL, PTN of Car
Loan & PTN of Home Loan.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the
winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of
transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws but are qualified
for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are
unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and SMS/call. For the processing of the prize,
the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction
receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. In case customer
has no ML Wallet app, the winner will be assisted by the M Lhuillier FLA. These documents will
be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The motorcycle will be
claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A: ML Tabaco 2; Area B: ML Ligao,
Area C: ML Sorsogon 1, Area D: ML Mobo, and Area E: ML Milagros).
14. List of winners will be posted on ML's Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be
forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relative up to 2nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the
concurrence of DTI.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or
photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or
permission.
