Promo Mechanics:
The “M Lhuillier-WorldRemit Christmas Cash SurPrizes” raffle promo will run on October 15, 2020 to January 15, 2021 and is open to all customers nationwide.
Customers with World Remit transactions and claimed at any M Lhuillier branch are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
There will be twenty (20) winners every month to win P 5,000.00 each.
All needed information from the participant such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
Draw dates are as follows:

The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 4 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative.
Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the reference number of each transaction.
Cash Prize are not transferable and are tax free.
Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding draws. Winners may win more than once for as long as the transaction numbers are unique and falls into promo dates covered.
Winners will be notified through registered mail. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application.
List of winners will be posted at ML facebook page, newspapers and MLTV’s.
Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and WorldRemit LTD and their relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
A participating customers shall sign a consent at the time of transaction with ML that he/she allows the use of his/her name and photo in case he/she wins for publicity purposes.
