1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI Account holders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and/or using the BPI Mobile App.
2. To join and qualify for the promo, BPI Account holders may do any of the following transactions from December 1-31, 2023 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) (the “Promo Period”):
a.) Use the BPI to Cash feature on the BPI Mobile App to send money via Mlhuillier; or b.) Go to https://app.bpitocash.com to send money via Mlhuillier.
3. No minimum amount to qualify as one (1) raffle entry during the Promo Period. For avoidance of doubt, one transaction shall equal to one (1) raffle entry.
4. BPI shall send an email notification to the BPI Account holders qualified to join the promo as well as the total number of raffle entries at the end of the Promo Period.
5. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes BPI to share his or her relevant information pertaining to full name, complete residential address, registered email address, registered mobile number and BPI account number to BPI, suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner. A BPI Account holder can opt not to participate in the promo by sending an SMS with the message: BPIPadalaPamilyMLhuillier<space>NO to 09178910000.
6. A total of 16 BPI Account holders can win the following prizes:

An additional Php 1,000 on top of the Php 5,000 cash prize, if the winner will cash-in the prize amount via the ML Wallet app upon claiming to any ML branches.
7. Eligible raffle participants can only win once during the promo.
8. BPI and MLhuillier officers, directors, and employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.
9. The raffle draw will be held on January 16, 2024 via Microsoft Teams in the presence of representative/s from BPI, MLhuillier, and DTI.
10. BPI shall notify the winner via registered mail or by any other form of communication wherein proof of notice or service can be verified. The list of winners shall also be posted within the BPI corporate website as well as the Facebook page of Mlhuillier.
11. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
12. To claim prizes, winners must go to any MLhuillier branches and present the following:
a. Scanned copy of the congratulatory mail or email; b. Scanned copy of 1 valid government ID (ex. Philsys National ID, SSS UMID ID, Driver’s License, or Passport)
** An authorized representative can claim the prize in place of the winner with the following additional documents.
a. Authorization letter with the signature of the winner b. Scanned copy of the congratulatory mail or email; c. Scanned copy and valid ID of the winner and valid ID of the authorized person.
13. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of winner’s notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI and MLhuiliier with prior approval of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
14. BPI account holders shall claim directly the cash prize of Php 5,000 at any MLhuillier branches, after winner’s submits the required documents and verified by ML Branch Manager. BPI account holder can get extra Php 1,000 cash prize if the winner will cash- in the prize amount via the ML Wallet app.
15. Once the promo prize is claimed, the relevant supplier's or MLhuillier terms and conditions will apply. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the promo prizes. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI Account holder’s availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves MLhuillier and its performance and/or the delivery of service its customers, the decision of BPI and MLhuillier with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final, subject to any agreement between BPI and MLhuillier.
