In 2017, M Lhuillier began its digital transformation journey with the launch of the ML Wallet App. The ML Wallet App is M. Lhuillier’s official mobile application that allows users to access send money, pay bills, buy load and more online using a smartphone. The App was designed to serve as the online bridge or tulay for Filipinos who do not have access to banks and other financial institutions. ML Wallet app also gives users automatic access to M Lhuillier’s 3,000-physical branch network which aims to improve over-all customer experience, especially in the new normal.

Removal of the Wallet ID, all transactions now reference mobile numbers only.

Known Issues (to be fixed on the next version) #
ML Shop requires users to log in again. Fix ongoing.
Balance may need a (pull-down) refresh after a recently completed transaction to show the correct balance. Does not affect the true balance.
